CIRCULAR - HANDBOOK ON CRIME PREVENTION

The Singapore Contractors Association has a close working partnership with the Singapore Police Force – National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) to keep Singapore safe and secure through crime prevention.

To promote public awareness of and concern about crime and to encourage self-help in crime prevention, the NCPC and SCAL have previously published a Handbook on crime prevention tips specially designed for our foreign workers in Singapore.

Another updated version of the handbook are now available in 2 little booklets of four languages, one in English/Chinese and another in Thai/Bengali. We seek your co-operation in helping to distribute these to your foreign workers. They are free-of-charge.
