Subject: CAAS' Requirement on Building Development and Tall Machinery

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) informed that CAAS shall be consulted on the height limit of all building developments and tall construction machinery such as cranes and piling rigs if they are located in the green zone (see attached Map of Singapore). As for building developments and tall machinery within the pink zone, CAAS only need to be consulted if the height exceeds 150m ASML (Above Mean Sea Level). Enclosed please find the CAAS Crane Erection Application Form for your attention.
