The Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities and Urban Redevelopment Authority is co-organising the 5th edition of the World Cities Summit (WCS) in conjunction with the Singapore International Water Week and CleanEnviro Summit Singapore from 10 to 14 July at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands.
The theme “Liveable and Sustainable Cities: Innovative Cities of Opportunity” will address the urban challenges cities face, foster discussions on best practices in urban policy innovation, and encourage collaboration among city leaders.
The World Cities Summit 2016 will also explore how cities can plan and govern better, and to build up resilience through policy, technology and social innovations.
With active engagement, there will be more opportunities for the public, private and people sectors to co-create innovative and integrated urban solutions for a more liveable and sustainable future.
