The Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL) undertook a study on construction productivity in collaboration with the Singapore Chinese Chambers of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI) with the objective to unearth new dimensions for productivity improvements in the industry. It aims to provide practical recommendations for construction firms, government and stakeholders across the construction value chain to raise productivity.
The report of the study “Construction Productivity in Singapore: Effective Measurement to Facilitate Improvement” has been published as a commemorative publication for SCAL’s 80th Anniversary this year. We believe that the findings and recommendations in the report will have far-reaching and wide implications for the future of construction productivity in Singapore.
