Singapore Business Federation National Business Survey 2020/2021

Background
The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is conducting their flagship SBF National Business Survey 2020/2021 to understand the needs, challenges and forward-looking plans of the Singapore business community, especially in light of COVID-19. SBF has commissioned Blackbox Research Pte Ltd to administer the survey, and cordially invites SCAL members to make themselves heard and provide feedback by completing the survey.

What the survey is about

The survey seeks to gain greater insights into the state of our Singapore business community. The findings of the survey have been used in the past to make recommendations to the government on its national budget, policies and programmes, as well as to work with various stakeholders, including the Singapore business community itself, to develop programmes for the benefit of the wider community. The survey is widely read by our Government and its agencies, and our various stakeholders.

The survey covers topics such as the local and regional business and economic climate, support for companies, and business transformation and innovation. Your response to the survey is a good opportunity to lend your voice via the business chambers.

The survey should take about just 20 minutes to complete. All completed surveys will be treated with the strictest confidence, and only aggregated information will be released in any published form.

What survey respondents can get

Respondents will get a copy of the Detailed Survey Report & Overview Reports (i.e. Summary Report & Infographics).
