The Skills Framework (SFw) for Built Environment was launched in 2020 by BCA and together with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
In the coming weeks, BCA, SSG and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) are co-organising workshops on Skills Framework for the Built Environment. These workshops will equip your HR Team with knowledge on how to unpack skills framework components, which would be useful to uplift your organisation’s HR practices in areas such as performance management and training, recruitment and on-boarding.
Through this workshop, you will better understand how SFw will help to ascertain employees’ competencies and their skills requirements, and put in place training roadmaps for career development and skills upgrading after attending the workshop. With this, it could help to improve your business needs to meet the demanding and fast changing environment as well as attract and retain talents in your firm.
The workshop is conducted via Zoom on 31 March (Wednesday) and 7 April (Wednesday).
