The SCAL Telegram channel is a by-invitation exclusive for SCAL members (Ordinary, Associate, Trade, Individual, Student) and SLOTS (Singapore List of Registered sub-contractors) only.
You will need a Telegram channel invitation link from SCAL to join the channel.
I am a new member of SCAL. Where can I get the Telegram Invitation link?
The Telegram invitation link can be found in your welcome email.
In addition, SCAL will send the confirmation link via email based on members’ preferences as indicated on the membership application form.
For student members, please email elaine@scal.com.sg with your name, email address, and name of the institution for assistance.
I did not receive the SCAL Telegram invitation link
Please send in your request via the online form here.
You may register for your colleagues on behalf via the online form.
Upon verification, you will receive a confirmation email with the Telegram invitation link to join the channel within 2 working days.

I cannot access the information
All subscriber in the channel will need to have an account to the SCAL member portal.

Can I share the SCAL Telegram invitation link/ channel to my company’s subsidiaries, joint venture company, business partner/associates, friends?
The SCAL Telegram Channel is strictly for SCAL members only and will not apply to non-members, so you will not be able to share with your friends/ business partners/ suppliers. You can of course refer them to SCAL and encourage them to join the SCAL community.
SCAL reserves the right to terminate members’ access should they be found to have transferred/misuse/share access beyond registered members.
Can I share the content in the Telegram Channel to my business partner/associates/ friends who are not SCAL member?
All materials shared via the channel SHOULD NOT be copied, distributed, or reproduced in whole or part, nor passed to any third party, without the permission of SCAL.
SCAL reserves the right to terminate members’ access should they be found to have transferred/misuse/share access beyond registered members.
