Justin Chew is the Head of Sustainability at Kimly Construction, where he also leads Quality, Kimly Academy, Cybersecurity, and CSR functions. With over 33 years of experience across the built environment ecosystem - including suppliers, developers, main contractors, and BCA - his work spans both local and overseas contexts. Justin was a pioneer of Singapore’s Green Mark scheme at BCA and the founding General Manager of the Singapore Green Building Council. An award-winning leader in the built environment, he is recognized under the SkillsFuture Fellowship and Company of Good Fellowship. He is professionally accredited as a certified GHG verifier and ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor.
