As part of the SCAL Community Day for Migrant Workers, we’re proud to present a special segment — “Stage to Shine”, a platform for our migrant workers to shine beyond the worksites!

This is a meaningful opportunity for companies to showcase the vibrant talents of their workers, celebrate their creativity, and build camaraderie through music and dance. Encourage your team to take part — it’s a wonderful way to:

• Celebrate the diversity and spirit of your workers,
• Boost team morale and engagement, and
• Showcase your company’s support for worker well-being and community building.

Each performance will bring joy and energy to the celebration, and the best performing act will receive a prize award of $500 in recognition of their talent and effort!

Performance Details:

• Performance Type: Singing or Dancing
• Duration: 3-5 minutes maximum per act 

How to Participate:

• Indicate your interest by filling out the online form below. 
• Afterwhich, prepare and submit a short video recording (no longer than 5 minutes) of your performance for shortlisting. All submissions must receive before 7 November 2025. Please kindly send to angelique@scal.com.sg.
• Shortlisted participants will be contacted by SCAL staff with further details.
