Mr Hong Wee Khong

With over 24 years of experience in Singapore’s construction industry, Hong Wee Khong is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in upgrading, institutional, and residential building projects. He has a proven track record in managing large-scale developments, including the successful completion of a 43-storey residential building. Currently, he leads a team of 200 staff at an A1-grade construction firm, driving project delivery with excellence and precision. Passionate about continuous improvement, Hong Wee Khong is a strong advocate for innovation, mentorship, and the sharing of best practices within the industry. He actively contributes to the built environment sector through his roles as Co-Chair of the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Committee and Board Member of the SC2 under the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL). As a current SCAL Council Member, he represents the association on various national platforms, including the Singapore Accreditation Council committee under Enterprise Singapore and the technical committee under CARES Singapore.
