About Lim Tat

Mr Lim Tat, Partner, Aequitas Law LLP

Mr Lim was called to the Singapore Bar in 1989. He has been a dispute resolution lawyer for over thirty years and a mediator for over fifteen years. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators and a Weinstein JAMS International Fellow. He is on the international panels of many distinguished mediation institutions, including the AAA-ICDR, the CAO, IFC, World Bank Group and the Global Mediation Panel of the Office of the Ombudsman for the United Nations Funds and Programmes. He is a negotiation trainer for Vantage Partners (USA) and delivers negotiation and mediation training to many institutions and universities.

Mr Lim will be speaking on 8 December, Wednsday on the topic "How to Negotiate Effectively in Construction Disputes" from 4pm to 5pm.

He is also the consultant for one of the closed door consultation session on 8 December, 5pm to 6pm.
