 APPENDIX A:
REGISTRATION REQUISITES
PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS IN DETAIL 

At all times during the Validity Period, the Registered Firm shall, where applicable, employ the minimum number of full-time employee(s) with the requisite qualifications, certifications, trainings and/or experience Technical Personnel, who shall be stationed in Singapore to undertake and perform the work for the Workhead. The Registered Firm shall ensure that the Technical Personnel are employed only by the Registered Firm and may only represent the Registered Firm for purposes of registration under the CRS. Please refer to the list of approved qualifications below.
 
Technical and Professional Qualifications for Construction Workheads and Construction Related Work-Heads:

 
Paid-up capital

$50,000 		For all Trades of Registration Heads Personnel Resources Required
Civil & Structural Works (C&S)
 
Architectural & Finishing Works (A&F)

Mechanical & Electrical Works (M&E)

Equipment & Special Services (E&S)
  		"Approved TECHNICAL Qualification"
shall mean one of the following
qualifications:
 
(i)  BCA Academy trade test certificates
 
Or
 
(ii)  Other such qualifications as approved by SCAL. 
 
Personnel/Qualification To submit scanned or electronic copies of all of the following:
Full-time Singaporean/PR employees
  		1. Latest CPF contribution statement (form 90)

2. Educational certificates (in English), relevant licenses 
Full-time foreign technical personnel  1. Employment Pass, S-Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Visit Pass (Personnel with Dependent Pass / Long Term Visit Pass are required to submit a letter of consent from MOM) clearly showing the Date of Expiry of Work Pass and Employer (a screenshot of the SGWorkpass profile of the employee will also suffice) 

2. Educational certificates (in English), relevant licenses

3. Proof of employment (e.g. Appointment Letter)
As part of verifying that the Singaporean/PR technical personnel submitted are working for the Applicant full-time, an Applicant is to show proof that the monthly salary of the Singaporean/PR technical personnel is not less than SGD2,400.00 per month (e.g. through computerised payslips or CPF contribution statements).
