FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL) Hosts the 47th IFAWPCA Convention 2025: Embracing Construction of Tomorrow Singapore, 9 April 2025 – The Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL) is proud to host the 47th International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors' Associations (IFAWPCA) Convention at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore, from 7 to 11 April 2025. This landmark event marks the first time in two decades that Singapore has hosted the IFAWPCA Convention, bringing together the key leaders and professionals in the construction industry under one roof. "Embracing Construction of Tomorrow" is the theme of this year's convention, encapsulating the collective aspiration of the construction industry to forge a future defined by technological innovation, sustainability, and international collaboration. Over 500 contractors, builders, industry leaders, exhibitors, visitors and stakeholders from 17 member countries/region will converge in Singapore to address key industry challenges, share best practices, and explore opportunities for growth. The 47th IFAWPCA Convention offers contractors a unique opportunity to stay ahead of industry trends, gain insights into emerging technologies, and address critical challenges faced by the construction sector. In today’s rapidly evolving landscape, contractors must adopt innovative solutions, enhance sustainability practices, and improve operational efficiency.
