As Ordinary Business

To receive the Directors' Report and Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025

To receive the Secretary-General's Report for the year ended 31 December 2025

To re-appoint Messrs Smalley & Sims PAC as the Auditors and to authorise the Board of Directors to fix their remuneration.

To transaction any other ordinary business
