EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING - NOTICE OF MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Singapore Contractors Association Limited ("the Association" or "SCAL") will be held on 24 July 2026 at 6pm at SCAL Construction Hub, 10 Tannery Lane, Singapore (347773), for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolutions, with or without modification, as ordinary resolutions pursuant to its Constitution.
Two resolutions will be discussed:

RESOLUTION 1 - Authority to undertake the QBD Workers' Dormitory Project
