C. Sathish is a Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental Officer (WSHEO) with Vico Construction Pte Ltd, with 13 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and has practical experience in construction safety, risk management, worker engagement, safety inspections, incident prevention and safety improvement.

Sathish has been recognised for his contributions to workplace safety, including Project SHARP Awards and Innovation Awards from the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC). As a safety speaker, he shares simple and practical lessons from real construction-site experiences, encouraging workers and supervisors to identify hazards, speak up and take action to prevent accidents.
