From Data to Results: Digital Tools, Tender Wins, and Sustainability Outcomes for the Built Environment

Presentation Synopsis:

As Singapore moves closer to its 80-80-80 targets under the Singapore Green Building Masterplan, sustainability requirements are being embedded into national standards like TR 149:2026, tender criteria, and procurement decisions across the supply chain.

For construction firms and contractors, the question is no longer whether to act, but how to turn sustainability performance into tangible business outcomes – with companies already seeing up to 15% higher tender success rates and cutting report preparation time by over 50%.

In this session, Chua Yan Na, Business Development Associate at ESGpedia, will share how leading built environment companies, including Soilbuild Construction Group, Teambuild Construction Group, Wee Hur Construction, Expand Construction, LBD Engineering, Hwa Seng Builder, and more, are leveraging digital tools to streamline sustainability reporting, carbon accounting, LCAs and EPDs, and translating their ESG progress into stronger tender submissions and new business opportunities.
