The Prefabrication Association of Singapore for Precast and Steel Limited (PFAPS), which was founded in July 2021, is a non-profit organization that represents the collective interest of DfMA specialists in Singapore for the offsite prefabrication of precast and reinforcing steel for the construction industry. PFAPS collectively have a market share of 78% and 97% for precast concrete and reinforcing steel fabrication respectively. There are 10 founding members from the precast sector, including 7 Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hub (ICPH) owners, a well as 6 major reinforcing steel fabricators that provide prefabrication steel to the local construction industry.
