Co-Trainer for the accreditation training of professional mediators with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (RICS) in developing the facilitative and evaluative mediation skills. 

The program is an approved professional mediator’s certification course, leading to the accreditations with the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). 

Joseph has served as judge in international mediation competition. He is empanelled with three international professional institutions. 

He is appointed ‘Honorary Auditor’ for the 3rd terms (2022 to 2023) with the Society of Mediation Professionals (Singapore) (SMP).
