Conferred 20th Year Appreciation Award as volunteer Mediator with Community Mediation Centre by Minister for Home Affairs & Minister for Law on 5 Oct 2018. Conferred 15th Year Long Service Court Volunteer Award with Small Claims Tribunal by Chief District Judge on 8 Nov 2013. Has practised mediation for almost 30 years and had mediated more than Thousand (1,000+) disputes of varied nature of disputes. Kok Eng mediations can be in English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese and any other languages with assistance of Interpreters which Kok Eng had mediated with Japanese Interpreter and Hainanese Interpreter. Had been interviewed on mediations by Singapore MediaCorp (TV provider) on 14 January 2020 and 25 January 2021.
