Eugene is the co-founder of TalentKraft, a strategy and human resources consulting and training firm. He started his career in the civil service, then spent 8.5 years at The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked in their Singapore, Oslo and Dubai offices. At TalentKraft, Eugene's clients include statutory boards, trade associations, and built environment companies. He has advised and trained them on critical topics such as skills-based hiring, skill assessments, talent engagement and talent retention.
Eugene has an MSc in Economics for Development and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, both from the University of Oxford. He is a Registered Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore), and also holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance.
